Taina Tervonen

Taina Tervonen is a documentary filmmaker and investigative journalist born in Finland and raised in Senegal. She currently lives in France and is the winner of a number of important awards, among which the "Louise-Weiss" award for European journalism stands out, and the International Award for the best story inspired by true events, in her case for the story of a migrant who drowned in the Mediterranean the sea.
