Adijata Ibrišimović-Šabić

Adijata Ibrišimović-Šabić is an associate professor at the Department of Slavic Languages ​​and Literature of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Philosophy, where she teaches all subjects in the field of Russian literature and culture. She is a member of the Doctoral Studies Council of Literature at the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Philosophy and a member of the Board of Directors of the Slavic Committee in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She deals with Russian literature, Russian language, literary history, literary theories, cultural theory, Slavic studies/comparative studies, translation. She published two books: Čehov u Sarajevu. Djela Antona Pavloviča Čehova na sarajevskoj sceni u svjetlu bosanskohercegovačke književne i pozorišne kritike (2019) co-published by the Slavic Committee from Sarajevo and the Federal Ministry of Education and Science, and the book Kameni spavač Maka Dizdara i ruska književna avangarda (2010) published by the Slavic Committee from Sarajevo. She prepared several books and published several scientific works, translations and presentations in foreign and domestic periodicals.
