Zoran Predin (1958) is a Slovenian author and singer-songwriter, a Gemini by horoscope and a Balkan at heart. Because of his provocativeness and darkly humorous texts, even his greatest enemies acknowledge his witty authorial originality and sparkling unconventionality. In his rich artistic career, he published 45 original music albums, 3 collections of poetry, a book of anecdotes Druga žena u haremu (Another Woman in the Harem), a book of short stories Glavom kroz zid (Head Through the Wall) and the novels Mongolske pjege (Mongolian Freckles) and Bezgrešna (Sinless). He composed music for films and theater, experimented in various musical styles from rock to gypsy swing, and performed all over the world. He likes dark humor, fillets and quince. He believes the best is yet to come.
