Edin Pobrić

Edin Pobrić (Fojnica, 1968) is a full professor at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo, literary critic, essayist and cultural theorist. He teaches at the Department of Comparative Literature and Information Sciences of the Faculty of Philosophy and at the Acting and Production Departments of the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo. He published a large number of scientific and professional works in magazines in the country and abroad, presented at a large number of scientific conferences. He published four scientific books (Vrijeme u romanu: od realizma do postmoderne, Univerzum simpatije, Priča i ideologija: semiotika književnosti, Roman i manirizmi moderne: znak i znanje). He was the editor-in-chief of the magazine for literary and artistic criticism Novi Izraz. He is a member of the Society of Writers of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He lives and works in Sarajevo.
