Vahid Duraković

Vahid Duraković graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Sarajevo (Department of Sociology) in 2001. He earned his Master's degree in Dramaturgy from the Academy of Arts, University of Banja Luka in 2019. He won awards for dramatic texts, radio dramas, monodramas, short stories and film scripts, as well as the award for the best book Dramaturgija evropskog lutkarstva (fragmenti) in the category "Science: Social and Natural Sciences" at the 36th International Sarajevo Book and Teaching Aid Fair. He is employed at the Bugojno Cultural and Sports Center, where he served as director from 2007 to 2018, and was also the director of the FEDRA Festival, the Meeting of Puppet Theaters/Theaters of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Bugojno Puppet Biennial.
