Muhamed Sušić (Tuzla, 1957), graduated from the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo in 1980. Worked in the RSUP SR BiH / MUP RBiH 1980−1995, including the position of Chief of Staff of the Member of the Presidency of the RBiH 1993−1994. Lawyer/Operations Officer of the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) 1995−1999. Investigator of the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) 1999−2000. Lawyer in the OHR's Independent Judicial Commission (IJC) and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (including the position of Disciplinary Prosecutor) 1994−2008. Lawyer/Head of Component in USAID's Justice Support / Rule of Law Projects 2009−2024.
