Boro Kontić

Boro Kontić (Nikšić, Crna Gora, 1955) is the director and founder of the Media Center Sarajevo, a specialized media institute focused on educating journalists, maintaining an online database of BH press, and advocating for media freedom. Kontić has dedicated nearly half a century to journalism, starting his career at Radio Sarajevo in the mid-1970s. Throughout his career, Kontić has worked as a journalist, reporter, and editor for numerous radio programs and shows. During the war, he was correspondent for Voice of America. He is also the author of several radio and film documentaries, books, and publications, and writes for BH and regional media.
